UNC Tar Heels Basketball Team Wins Fifth Straight

The Tar Heels basketball team were business-like in winning their fifth straight on the road. UNC is starting to hit their stride in commanding the game. Dictating the flow of the game. They kept the Louisville crowd out of it for most of the game. North Carolina moved the ball unselfishly and hit timely shots to keep the Cardinals at bay. Five players for the Tar Heels got in double figures led by Joel Berry with 23 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists.

Joel Berry had 23 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists.

Theo Pinson had 19 points, 5 assists, and  7 rebounds.

Luke Maye had 19 points, 13 rebounds, 3 assists, and 4 steals.

Kenny Williams had 11 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists.

Cameron Johnson had 12 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Needs Work

The Tar Heels need to keep the scoring droughts to a minimum. It allows teams to stay in the game. The bench needs to continue to be more productive taking pressure off of the starters.

Final Observations

UNC needs to finish strong. They have three regular-season games remaining. The Tar Heels are playing great basketball led by the senior leadership of Berry and Pinson. Roy has this team rounding into form.
