UNC Tar Heels Football Senior Day Victory

The Tar Heels football team made sure that there was no senior day upset by routing Western Carolina 65-10. The Catamounts scored their first and last touch down on a Tyrie Adams 1 yard pass to Connell Young. From that moment on the UNC Tar Heels scored 65 straight points. Western Carolina ended the game with a late field goal. The Tar Heels are now on a two-game winning streak. Heading into Rivalry Week against the NC State Wolfpack.

The Defense has been more reliable keeping the Tar Heels in games for most of the season after week two.

Final Observations

This was a trap game for the UNC football team after such a challenging season. After Western Carolina scored the first touchdown. The Tar Heels exploded for 42 straight points before halftime. Hopefully, this momentum will lead to a victory over NC State in the finale.
